Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with me! I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read my return policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Collectible Art Dolls: Since my dolls and products are one-of-a-kind, handmade collectible art pieces and made to order, returns are only accepted for products that are damaged upon arrival. I do not accept returns for change of mind.

  • Damaged Items: If your doll arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the damage.

    Please Note: My products are handmade and may have slight imperfections. Since all of my products are made to order I do NOT accept returns for change of mind, (not communicated) preferences on the customers part, or high import fees. It is the customers responsibility to read the description and return policy before purchasing any product from DustBunnyDoll. By purchasing from my shop you acknowledge that the order is final sale and only legible for exchange if damaged. 

Refunds and Exchanges

  1. Contact me: Email me at dustbunnydoll@gmail.com make sure to include your order number and detailed photos of the issue (e.g., the damage or defect).

  2. If I confirm that the product is damaged, you will get an exchange or in special cases full refund  to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after I receive the returned item.

  3. Return Authorization: Once I confirm that the item qualifies for a return, I will provide you with a Return Authorization and further instructions for sending the item back.

  4. Return Shipping: I will provide a prepaid shipping label for defective or damaged items. For other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  5. Repackaging: Please ensure that the item is securely packed to avoid further damage during the return process. I recommend using the original packaging, if possible.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, I cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer after receipt.

  • Custom, made to order or personalized products.

  • Made to order products.
  • Non-defective items that were purchased.

  • Misunderstandings due to customer not reading description or my retur policy causing preference discrepancy.
